Exercise and fitness are Connor’s passion and since starting his coaching career has had the pleasure of working with many amazing clients. Connor values his Engine Room members more than anything and strives to meet the needs of all who attend his classes. Connor is unique as he really cares. He takes the time to listen to all clients and supports them on their specific journeys. The Engine Room is fun, exciting and very welcoming – Connor is at the heart of this as it’s his personality and professionalism that allows The Engine Room community to thrive.

When off duty, you'll still find him in the gym, setting an example & working hard on his own goals.
